We brought our loving Jack in last night and ended up with having to say our goodbyes. These individuals were so compassionate and loving not only to our fur baby but also to us. Highly recommended.

I’ve never met a more kind, attentive, and professional veterinarian in my life. When our baby boy Pancho was in dire straights he was guided to the gates of heaven by the angels at this animal hospital. Thank you so much for your compassion and for being human.
Somehow this was kind of a sign. Willow spent the night and this was at the desk! Ladies were amazing! Not as expensive as expected for services received. Thankful for them for the night!
Our kitty fell from a 20′ drop and didn’t land properly, we rushed her to the emergency hospital and they did a thorough inspection of her and informed us she was completely healthy, they gave her some anti-inflammatory medication and she was back to her self the following day.
Such a sweet staff, helped our cat when he unexpectedly had 5 seizures at a late hour. We were so worried about him but our amazing Vet gave us calmness that our kitty was okay. Didn’t quite catch our Dr. or nurses name but they were sweet ladies and our kitty trusted them from the start
Their care for Miss Candy was awesome. Made her passing easier for us since we had her for 19 loving years.You never want to loose them.Thank you for sweet card afterward
Quick service, very professional and friendly, and did not try to have us spend lots of money on needless tests.
I took my dog here 2 nights ago after he was bitten by a snake. Having never experienced this before, I frantically called here and they had me bring him in. Everyone was very sweet and knowledgeable. I knew that once he was there he was going to get the help he needed. My dog is already recovering very well and I just wanted to say thank you to the staff here!
Had to (unfortunately) make two visits to the Pet Hospital within a week, including Thanksgiving Eve. Their service was professional, consistent and competent. They provided us with good information to make the necessary decisions. Appreciated their caring and attentive approach. They are often very busy, but juggle priorities as needed.
They were so kind to us. Early on a Sunday morning when you are preparing to leave for church is definitely not when you want your furry friend to suddenly become violently ill. Donna did an excellent job of over-the-phone check-in, complete with cost estimates, and when we arrived both the vet tech and the doctor were absolutely top notch with their treatment. Very grateful they are there.
Everyone was so personable, yet professional, from beginning to end. Dr. Tonkin and each staff member was extremely kind, patient, and thorough, which was very much appreciated during our visit. We felt as comfortable as possible, even having to wait in the car while our dog was evaluated and treated. Many thanks to all of you.
We had to take our sweet lab Chloe in over the weekend and have her put to sleep because she couldn’t get up or walk anymore and was in a lot of pain. Everyone there was so sweet and caring and even gave her some donut holes with peanut butter for a final treat. We loved that they gave us a clay pawprint with her name on it to remember her by too. Thank you so much for making out last moments with our sweet girl special.
Called them last night for a emergency for my furbaby. They were professional, kind and caring to me and my baby. During the appointment Dr. Lloyd called me and explained to me what the issue is, medicine to alleviate the pain and what to ask my regular vet about during the follow up appointment. Awesome people. Thank you for helping my little man. He feels so much better with you guys care.
Nice to have someone open on Sunday morning when our dog was vomiting blood. They were up front on price and service. Gave an estimate of price at every step allowing us to choose what services would be provided. Friendly staff, quick service. Good news is, our dog will be fine. The bill was reasonable, especially for a weekend.
Last night my beloved lab puppy Gunnar had to be rushed to the doggy ER. He had an obstruction and 100% would have died an awful death without the care of this amazing team. Big shout out to Ashley the nurse for comforting me and listening to me unload about how tough the last few weeks have been. Gunnar is home and resting on the couch with me now. Thank you for saving my baby’s life.
The doctors and staff at this facility were a bright spot in an otherwise horrible experience. My Alex was a gorgeous 4 year old Maine Coon cat who Dr Easley in the ED was finally able to diagnose. Unfortunately, that diagnosis was cancer that had spread throughout his little body and I ended up losing him. The sensitivity and kindness shown to us that day will not be soon forgotten, though.
